Pursuant to KRS 61.825, subsection 2, a special meeting of the MSD Board has been called for Thursday, April 15, 1999 at 3:00 P.M. in the MSD Board Room.

The Board will convene in open session, then adjourn to closed session to discuss possible settlement of litigation related to the previous failure of the bioroughing towers at the Morris Forman Wastewater Treatment Plant
