The minutes of the February 24,
2003 meeting were approved as written.
Mr. Schardein reported on the
following:
- Association for Quality
Participation National Team Excellence Finalist Award presented to MSD's
Residential Property Backup Repairs Team. Mr. Schardein introduced the
following team members: Pat Kirk, Bill Chamberlain, Kim Decker, Mitch
Witten, Jeff Vessels, Brad Walker, Kevin Bright
- K.S.P.E., Governor's New
Product Award - National Engineers Week 2003 presented to Louisville MSD
for Alternative Solids Processing Project at the Morris Forman
Wastewater Treatment Plant by Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers

- Mr. Schardein will be
attending the annual workshop that he presents and teaches at the
University of Wisconsin March 24-26, 2003. Mr. Guthrie will be Acting
Executive Director in his absence.
