2003 Board Meeting
Summary
Mr. Dallenbach welcomed Bill
Gray and Audwin Helton to the MSD Board and administered the Oath of
Office to them.
Mr. Dallenbach reported on the
Cedar Creek Expansion Dedication Ceremony held on August 22, 2003, and he
thanked all those who were instrumental in putting on the presentation.
Upon motion duly made and
seconded, the minutes of the August 11, 2003 Board meeting were approved
as written.
