November 13, 2006 Board Meeting Summary

Mr. Schardein reported on the Calendar of Events.

Mr. Schardein asked everyone to pause for a moment of silence in memory of Bill Gray, MSD Board member, who passed away last week.

Mr. Schardein reported on the 2nd annual special observance of Veterans Day that was held on Friday, November 10, 2006, at the Central Maintenance Facility to honor those who diligently served our Country. Mr. Schardein presented plaques to Clyde Foshee for serving in the US Army from 1967 to 1969 and Doyle Stacy for serving in the US Army from 1963 to 1964. Marty Hoehler received his plaque on Friday during the ceremony.
