September 28, 2009 Board Meeting Summary

Mr. Bingham, in the absence of Mr. Schardein, gave the Executive Director’s report on upcoming events. He advised that MSD will participate in continuing Adhoc Committee meetings that will be rescheduled by Metro Council in an effort to continue addressing the August 4th flood and to compare it to the recent rain event experienced in Louisville Metro.

Mr. Bingham called on Ms. Gibson for the introduction of a new employee. Ms. Gibson introduced Ms. Sheila Hall as Benefits Administrator.
