Teller 24 is convenient
Teller 24 allows
you to communicate directly with the Credit Unions computer for account
information and transaction needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To use Teller 24, you will
need:
- A Touch-Tone Telephone
- Personal Identification
Number (PIN)
Only you know your PIN so it
would be impossible for anyone else to use it. Plus, you can call the
Teller 24 from the privacy of your own home.
How to Use Teller 24:
- Call 540-6600
- Teller 24 will say:
"Welcome to the Credit Union's Audio Response Line. Please
enter your account number, followed by the # key"
- Teller 24 will say:
For the Audio Teller, press 1
- For general Credit Union
Information, press 2
- To talk to a Credit Union
representative, press 0
- If you are not calling
from a touch-tone phone, please wait and you will be transferred to a
Credit Union representative
- At the Main Menu, you may
select any option desired. Teller 24 will always state the options
available. When in doubt, press the # key to return to the Main Menu.
