Public Education MSDs RMS strives to make the public aware of the goals and function of the Pretreatment Program. Efforts have been made to educate local IUs regarding compliance with regulations. RMS publishes The Streamline, a periodic pretreatment newsletter and hosts periodic seminars on pertinent topics.
