| Erosion
(Outside Easement) |
This
includes erosion occurring on private property. This type of erosion typically would
occur closer to existing infrastructure than erosion in right-of-way or easement.
Therefore, private erosion could pose a greater threat to cause property damage than
public erosion. |

(Inside Easement) |
This
includes erosion within right-of-way or easement that could be result in damage to
existing infrastructure or pose a future threat to private property. |
| Sedimentation |
This is
defined as sediment build-up in the storm drainage system resulting in diminishing system
capacity. |
| Sanitary
Inflow Source |
Surface
water flooding over the top of sanitary sewers. This could occur in easements or in
right-of-way and result in inflow to the sanitary sewers. |
