MS4 Program –  Public Education / Outreach Programs

The objective of the Public Education / Outreach Program is to increase public awareness of water quality issues and to promote a sense of stewardship for the streams in Jefferson County.

The Public Education / Outreach Program is comprised of the following program elements:

• PE-1 Public Education Program
• PE-2 Earth Day
• PE-3 Litter Control
• PE-4 Volunteer Monitoring Support
• PE-5 Internal Training
