MS4 Program – Post Construction Controls

The purpose of the Post Construction Controls is to provide non-point source pollution controls for areas of new development and redevelopment. Some of these controls may be used to retrofit existing stormwater management systems in order to provide water quality protection.

The Post Construction Controls Program is comprised of the following program elements:

• PC-1 Watershed Planning
• PC-2 Pilot BMP Projects
• PC-3 Built Upon Area Reductions
• PC-4 Source Controls
