Project Description

 

This project will serve 26 homes along Greenwood Road between Aristidies Drive and Chenault Road. Each of these properties were originally to be serve by one of the following projects: Black Pond Collectors BP-3C, Black Pond Collectors BP-2C or the Valley Downs Collectors. MSD was unable to construct connections for these homes due to the planned county improvement to Johnsontown Road.

 

 

Need

 

The Johnsontown Roadway plans are now nearing completion and the sewer plans can now be finalized. Design will be complete during MSD FY03. Construction is currently scheduled for completion in FY04.

 

 

Other Information

Any delays in the roadway construction will delay completion of the sewer project.
