Project Description

 

This project will consist of regrading 450 linear feet of backyard swale from 4515 Lunenburg Drive to 4522 Dickerson Court, install 550 linear feet of paved v swale from 4522 to 4500 Dickerson Court. The shrubs and bushes will need to be removed and the fences will need to be reset along the easement boundaries.

 

 

Need

 

The rear swale of Dickerson Court is silted and obstructed with trees and shrubs causing stormwater to backup during normal rainfall events.
