Project Description

 

This project provides sanitary sewer service to approximately 139 customers, plus provides an outlet for undeveloped areas in the assessment area. The area is zoned for single family residential units. The project consists of approximately 18,900 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer.

 

 

Need

 

As sewers are extended with the construction of the Wolf Pen Branch Interceptor project, residents of the assessment area should be interested in receiving sewer service to replace on-site disposal systems.

 

 

Other Information

Wastewater from this project area will flow to the proposed Harrods Creek Interceptor and Wolf Pen Branch Interceptor.
