MFWTP Submetering Tie-In to DCS

Project Description
Purchase and install hardware/wiring necessary to collect additional outputs from selected existing electrical submetering equipment and tie submetering equipment installed under new construction into the DCS systerm for monitoring and tracking utility consumption. | |||
Need
Existing electrical submetering equipment at the MFWTP currently collects Amps/Volts/Power factor. To improve power management, select devices for high energy consuming processes need to be rewired to provide pulse outputs for kilowatt hour data. In addition, new construction has installed various submetering equipment throughout the plant that has not been tied into the DCS for remote data collection and archival of data in the plant information system. | |||
