Wingspan: 11.5-13 inches Behavior: They fly in large flocks in the winter
Weight: 1.1 ounces Breeding: Monogamous
Habitat: Forest edge,oak, and riparian Population: Fairly Common
Migration: some migrate Feeders: Peanut Butter-cornmeal mixture and commercial bird food.
Appearance: Reddish chin, Reddish brown breast, white belly and undertail coverts.
Interesting Facts: The population of Eastern Bluebirds population has decreased due to the competition of other birds for nesting grounds lost when farm fences and small tree stumps have been destroyed for development
