Length: 12.5 inches Song: continuing hoo-hoo-hoooo
Wingspan: 18-19 inches Behavior: Solitary pairs, and family groups.
Weight: 5.4 ounces Breeding: Monogamous
Habitat: Forest edge, bushes, and grasslands Population: Fairly common
Migration: Nonmigratory Feeders: Grain and seeds
Appearance: Very buff upperparts, pale gray pink neck and breast.
Interesting Facts: This dove found it's own way from the Bahamas to Florida.
